We can help you to get the most from your host2help.com account |
Here you will find support for all aspects of your account. e-Mail, site statistics, working out why you cannot see your site, and more. We ask that you please try to find the help you need here before you call us. We share 2/3 of our revenues with good causes, and with resellers, so any help you can get from our support site, and not from our phone line, helps us keep our costs down, and keep our donations as high as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
e-Mail is the most common problem for clients, and the hardest one for us to assist with - there are so many different e-Mail clients available, on so many different computers, it is hard for us to be specific. If you do not see your mail program listed here, please use the "general" instructions, and try to apply those to your e-Mail program. If your e-Mail client is not listed here, then although it should be able to work with our servers, we cannot offer support for the software - if you need to test your account, please use the web based e-Mail tool.
