General e-Mail Setup Instructions

In our examples, we use the account name of 'example@host2help.com' with the password os '1234' the domain name is www.host2help.com - this is a fake account and will not work on your system. You will need to use the e-Mail addresses and passwords you set up either in your Host2Help site admin tool or when you created your account. If you have lost your passowrds, you can find out what they are through that interface. If you use another company to host your accounts, this advice may well not work.

We are also unable to help you with e-Mail accounts not used on this service - so if you connect to the Internet through AOL, or any other ISP, if you are having problems with that account, you need to contact your ISP for help.

Account type

The account type is POP3. The incoming mail server for our example is mail.host2help.com - yours will be mail.your-domain-name.com. The outgoing server is the same as the incoming mail server - mail.host2help.com.
The username is the full em-Mail address (in lower case) in our example this is example@host2help.com. Be aware that none of "example", "Example", "EXAMPLE@HOST2HELP.com", or "Example@Host2Help.com" will work.
The password is the same as you set it for the account. You can have it resent to your primary mail address, or reset it through the admin console.
This account does not use SPA (Secure Password Authentication)
The SMTP outgoing server does not require Authentication, or an encrypted connection.

This should be all the data that you need to set up your account on any e-Mail enabled cell phone, or any e-Mail client on your PC or Mac.
